by verde verde,The app itself is quite nice, the explanations for the routines are quite straightforward and the routines work but, and this is a -2 stars but, it randomly pauses during the routines (used to think it was just due to advertising but alas no) and it completely kills the flow of the routine because instead of focusing an working out I have to keep an eye on the app to restart it as soon as it pauses. Please fix this and get your 2 stars back.

by Rahul Kumar,Buying the AD free version is actually worth it. I can spare the time, although you might see better results with longer durations. The cost is fair and I just hate advertisements. UI is not too complex and is simple to navigate. Do the exercises every alternate day for the next 2-3 months before joining a gym. It will give you the strength and endurance to cope with harsher workouts.

There also doesn't seem a way to sync my progress between the 2 apps, effectively rendering all my workouts over the past years useless in terms of tracking stats. Shame

by Anton Permyakov,Guys, accidentally I entered my weight as 804 instead of 80.4 kg. Now my graphic looks strange. Is is possible to change / remove weight records in the past? It looks like I can only add a new record for my weight but can not edit past weight records?

by Simon Huggins,Has made a huge difference to my energy levels in a few short weeks. Simple, but plenty of scope for switching things up. Stats are just enough to stop me from getting too obsessive about it. I find three days on and 1-2 days off seems to be about right. Surprising that so little can make such a difference. I am walking more upright - my wife commented on it. Truly transformative.
